Practice and Perfect Essential Skills in a Simulated Trial Setting

Are you ready to step into a courtroom with the ease and composure of a lawyer burnished by countless wins at trial? What about walking into a tense negotiation showing so much readiness and aplomb that opposing counsel settles the case rather than risks facing you in the courtroom?
If so, Building Trial Skills is for you.

Direct Mentoring • Constructive Critique • Expert Faculty • Actual Trial Setting

  • break down effective openings and closings
  • direct and cross to greater effect
  • identify best practices for admitting and using exhibits
  • utilize the right tactics to impeach and rehabilitate witnesses
  • successfully select, or de-select, jurors
In front of the camera, you’ll perform each of these trial scenarios. On-the-spot video review allows you see and hear yourself the way jurors do. The program will end with you conducting a full trial before actual jurors. You’ll return to your office empowered to make immediate use of everything you’ve learned.
